Security

‘Phishing’ is the act of sending fraudulent emails pretending to be from a real company. The aim of these emails is to have users follow links to false websites, or to supply information, such as passwords and credit cards.
Always check the sender of the email and check for inconsistencies and if you think it does not look real, delete it; never supply any security information if asked.

For example if an email received was from ‘support@kraftloom.in or co pr co.in etc then this would be incorrect as the real email would end in ‘kraftloom.com’.

Whenever in doubt, delete.

reCAPTCHA is a service from Google that helps protect websites from spam and abuse. By making users click the reCAPTCHA, it helps to distinguish humans from bots, as humans can easily solve it, however bots cannot.

KraftLoom always recommends securing your account with the following actions:

  • Enable Google 2FA to secure your account;
  • Never share your password;
  • Never share your account; and
  • Always check that the website shows ‘www.kraftloom.com’. Always type the address in (never follow a link someone sends you).

Returns

Before you return a KraftLoom product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Let's not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

In spite of these variables, at KraftLoom we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. Our customers are valued not only at the time of sale but also through the subsequent stages of Returns & Refunds. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to ease up the process, save time and make you feel reassured about your order.

  • You can msg us on +91 99269 88899 or e-mail us at support@fkraftloom.com within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.

  • Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.

  • We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the KraftLoom tags.

  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

  • The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 4 business days from the date of request.

  • After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.

  • In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.

  • In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

Note: - Some of the pin codes are not feasible for Reverse pick up, in such cases the customer will need to send it back to us. Please note we do not offer reverse pick facility outside India.

International Order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 5 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses across India. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

We ship International Order through DHL International or FedEx.

We will form you shipping cost saperately. 

Free Shipping In Europe for order above 6000 INR , In USA Order above 6000 INR, UAE Order Above 10000 INR 

All of KraftLoom orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across India to your provided shipping address via DHL/FEDEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery.
